Case 01Paper to platform
Starting point

Every job was captured on paper. A year of records took hundreds of staff hours to digitise, and the resulting data was already stale by the time anyone could act on it.

What we built

We migrated their records to Dynamics, then engineered a purpose-built field interface in place of the stock mobile client. Every job is now captured once, at the point of work, so the transcription step no longer exists. The interface is designed around how their crews operate, and it evolves with the operation rather than within the limits of a configurable template.

What it opened

The same records that removed the transcription step made the operation auditable end to end. That evidence carried them through certification, and certification put them in front of contracts that were previously closed to them.

Approach

Fast because nothing waits on a handoff.
