Sippy Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Sippy app for Apple Watch, published by XL Concepts ("we", "us"). It describes what data the app handles and where that data lives.
Data we collect
None.
Sippy has no account system, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app makes no network requests at all, so nothing you enter is ever transmitted to us or to anyone else. We never see your data, and we operate no servers that could receive it.
Data stored on your watch
Everything you enter is stored locally on your Apple Watch in the app's private storage. That includes:
- Your daily goal, active hours, and serving-size preference
- Drinks you log and your daily history
- Streaks and reminder settings
The watch-face complication reads this same local data through Apple's app-group container, on your watch only.
Notifications
Hydration reminders use Apple's local notification system. They are scheduled and delivered entirely on your watch; no notification content leaves it.
Health data
Sippy does not read from or write to Apple Health.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, sell, share, or delete. Deleting the app deletes all of its data from your watch.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes any of the above, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be noted in the App Store release notes. The effective date above always reflects the current version of this policy.
