Until Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Until app for iOS, published by XL Concepts ("we", "us"). It describes what data the app handles and where that data lives.
Data we collect
None.
Until has no account system, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app makes no network requests of its own, so nothing you enter is ever transmitted to us or to anyone else. We never see your data, and we operate no servers that could receive it.
The only network activity in the app is Apple's StoreKit system, used to process the optional one-time Pro purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and no purchase information reaches us.
Data stored on your device
Everything you enter is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage. That includes:
- Tracked items, their dates, issuers, and notes
- Categories and owners you create
- Reminder schedules and notification preferences
- Appearance settings
The home-screen widget reads this same local data through Apple's app-group container, on your device only.
Notifications
Reminders use Apple's local notification system. They are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device; no notification content leaves it.
Backups
You can export a backup file of your data at any time from the app's settings. That file is created locally and saved wherever you choose. You control it entirely, and we never receive a copy. If your device backs up to iCloud, your app data may be included in your own device backup under Apple's iCloud terms.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, sell, share, or delete. Deleting the app deletes all of its data from your device. If you want to keep your data first, export a backup.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes any of the above, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be noted in the App Store release notes. The effective date above always reflects the current version of this policy.
