How it works

Three steps. That's the whole app.

Choosing a serving size in Sippy 1

Set it up once

Pick a daily goal, your active hours, and your usual serving, in ounces or millilitres, whichever your region uses.

The log sheet: drink types and your own serving first 2

Tap when you sip

Your own serving is the first button. Or long-press the water, say "Hey Siri, log a drink in Sippy", or tap Log on the reminder. Coffee and tea count too, at their hydration value.

The water screen filling up 3

Watch it fill

Your progress is a living glass of water. Hit the goal and the water turns green.

Smart reminders

Nudges that actually think.

Sippy spreads reminders across your active hours and sizes each one to what's left of your goal.

  • Log or Snooze right on the notification
  • Scheduled days ahead, so a missed morning is never a silent day
  • Quiet once you reach your goal, stopped an hour before bed
  • Every drink can go to Apple Health as water
  • All local: works without your iPhone
Stats: on pace, a six day streak and the streak freeze
30 day history grid with goal days
Momentum

Streaks and an honest history.

A flame that grows with every goal day, and a 30-day grid that shows goal days, near misses, and rest days exactly as they happened.

  • Daily streak with your best runs
  • Weekly bars and monthly dots
  • Standalone: no iPhone required
